HIGH SPEED

It is nice to know that high speed internet is around....The thing is that in Gesgapegiag (Maria) are limited... Meaning only public buildings have highspeed... That really sucks for the rest of us living here... You know especially that some of us are taking courses on video conference It is hard when downloading video it takes about over an hour just to actually view it... that's how long we have to wait .. Then it gets so frustrating for us because we just get tired of waiting and waiting.... Some of work all day and only have a little time at night to work on our assignments .. It's just a little frustrating.. I hope things change soon around here...

Satelite Radio

I first started to experience my satelite radio last year and If you ask me I don't even turn on my radio station anymore .. With this satelite radio you get a lot more channels some commercial free.. I can listen to the news on cnn If I get tired of listening to songs.. There are children station as well and some station of the oldies... I just find it easier to have because I don't lose my stations or have to find one especially going on long trips... most places have french stations and I would have to buy cd's to listen to music.. now I don't have to and I save money that way because there is always something new to listen too....

Children learning through technology

It's amazing how technology is growing so fast and already has an impact on our children ... These children think it's like a video game but in reality they are learning all sorts of things. Now that I see some some things that are out there for the baby's as well .. Wow baby's They could only watch and listen ... I don't know how it works on them.... That's amazing when those children learn differently from us when we were children.... I'm just so AMAZED..... They are going to grow up to be geiniuses....lol
